All these small humans who joined me in raising over $10,000 for Feeding America, I thank you.

Each one of these is a portrait created during a video call that was projected in my studio larger than life. Then that projection I photographed.  The technical flaws embraced while the wifi connection pushed the limits of patience.  But all the while we made little bits of magic here and there.  The kids picked out their looks, sometimes with my guidance, and on occasion, with the gracious direction of the amazing stylist Jill Rothstein.  They were shot in the early days of quarantine in homes, bedrooms, family rooms...wherever we could find the best light and internet signal.  There may have even been a few times large pieces of furniture needed to be moved to make way for the perfect in-home studio.

Different portraits are published in the magazine. Go get a hard copy and soak them in, IRL. Then go donate to your local food pantry, or any charity for that matter.   We all have a penny to spare.  Maybe even 2.
